4 Point Inspection

A 4 Point Inspection covers a home’s four most significant areas rather than all of the components included with the Basic Full Home Inspection. The findings of these inspections can be given to insurance companies and will describe the general conditions of the home’s roof, electrical system, plumbing system, and HVAC.

Wind Mitigation Inspection

It is not uncommon in Florida for homes to be damaged by hurricanes and other severe weather conditions with strong winds. For this reason, a Wind Mitigation Inspection is needed to determine which credits apply to a homeowner’s insurance policy. This inspection looks for add-ons and features of your home intended to reduce the damage caused by wind events.  After the inspection, AAII can advise on upgrades to your property that will help protect your home and save you money in the future.

Mold Inspection

If left untreated, mold can become a dangerous problem for homeowners and may even have a negative impact on the health of their family. It is important for any homeowner who sees or suspects a mold problem to have the home inspected promptly.

Thermal Imaging

AAII also offers Thermal Imaging services. Our inspector uses a thermal imaging camera to assist with detecting moisture and areas of heat loss within a home’s walls. These areas of concern would be undetectable to the naked eye alone.

Contact AAII today if you reside in Central Florida or the Greater Orlando region and are looking for a professional and thorough home inspection.
